Captain America Shield and Thor’s Hammer in Iron Man 2

This post contains a few easter egg spoilers from within Iron Man 2, so don’t click through the jump if you don’t want to see screen shots and description of these two Avengers props finding their way into Iron Man 2. Most people already know that Captain America and Thor will join Iron Man in the Avengers movie coming out, but not everyone wants to see them outside the context of the Iron Man 2 film, which is why I decided to put everything after the jump (even though the title is pretty much a spoiler).

It appears as though the Captain America shield is still laying around Tony Stark’s house and it can clearly be seen in a scene in the movie (along with the screenshot we’ve posted). Not to mention that the deleted scene after the credits reveals Thor’s Hammer in a huge crater!
