The U.G.O. Movie Blog has posted complete a list/timeline of everything you could possibly want to know about the Avengers movie up to this point. There’s nothing terribly new, but it’s a good quick way to bring yourself up to speed if you haven’t been paying attention. It also has a rumors & debunked rumors portion which is nice, which includes the previously posted CGI rumor. Here are a couple of interesting snippets concerning Captain America’s involvement.
- “Jon Favreau has given away that Captain America: The First Avenger is a “period piece” (IESB)”
- “Marvel Studio’s president of production, Kevin Feige confirmed that Captain America would help set up the Avengers movie and that the object you may have seen on Tony Stark’s workbench was Cap’s famous shield. (Sci-Fi Wire)”
